Delete Your Account
We respect your privacy. If you want to delete your account and all associated data, please follow one of the methods below.
Option 1: Delete Inside the App
- Open Risers App.
- Go to Profile → Settings Icon → Privacy Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion.
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 7–14 days.
Option 2: Request via Email
If you cannot access the app:
- Send an email to support@risersapp.org
- Include:
- Your registered email
- Your username
- Subject: “Account Deletion Request”
We will process your deletion request within 7–14 days.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Your account profile information.
- Chat messages you sent.
- Any associated user-generated content related to predictions and polls.
Clear My Data
You can clear your personal data without deleting your account. This removes your activity history while keeping your account active.
- Open Risers App.
- Go to Profile → Settings Icon → Privacy Settings.
- Select Clear My Data.
- Choose what you'd like to clear and confirm.
Or request it via email:
- Email us at support@risersapp.org
- Include:
- Your registered email
- Your username
- Subject: “Clear Data Request”
- Which data you want cleared (e.g. chat history, predictions, polls)
Data clearing requests are processed within 7–14 days. Your account will remain active.
